At its worst Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is just as good as any of its predecessors and at its best it only made things better. It’s functional, fun, and crammed full of enough different modes to satisfy anyone interested in giving it chance. Anything beyond that is just a matter of taste, but if you’re even bothering to wonder about a Naruto tie-in video game, that really shouldn’t be much of an obstacle.
