A communal imaginarium, a cultural phenomenon, and an epic social experiment; Minecraft is all of these things and more, but it’s also a superb example of gaming’s ability to ignite and inspire our fascination with creation.
Minecraft is a popular open-world game where players can explore, build, and survive in infinite worlds, either alone or with friends, in both local and massively multiplayer modes. The game offers creative and survival modes, with unlimited resources or the need to mine and craft weapons and armor to fend off mobs. Additional features include the marketplace, slash commands, and add-ons for further customization.

It's more arcane, more obtuse, less familiar and just more overwhelming, but somehow, all of that adds to its charm and to its atmosphere in a way that just cannot be quantified.
