Mercs

"Mercs" is a shoot 'em up game, influenced by Ikari Warriors, where you play as an anti-terrorism soldier on a mission to rescue a former President from a Central African revolutionary gang. With single or two-player co-op mode, you navigate through 8 horizontal scrolling levels, shooting enemies and strategically hijacking vehicles, while searching for improved weapons, smart bombs, and energy recharges. Each level concludes with a massive vehicle that requires multiple shots to destroy.
