"Battletoads" is a comedy-filled hack and slash game where up to three players, as the titular Battletoads, team up in a co-op multi-player or single-player experience to battle alien and mutant enemies across six levels. The game is known for its signature attacks, fourth-wall-breaking moments, and the inclusion of vertical and bonus levels. Despite its potential, the arcade version was never released on consoles until its inclusion in the 2015 Xbox One compilation, "Rare Replay."
