NOTE: WEBGL MIGHT TAKE A LONG TIME TO LOAD Your blood is lethal. There will be different types of enemies spawning around the arena which will try to kill you. Whenever you get hit by a bullet a tiny amount of blood is lost and if enemies are in a close enough range of you, they will get hit and take damage from the blood.
