  • It's a free game that offers a decent amount of content, with 140 levels to explore, making it a good option for casual gaming.
  • Many puzzles lack clear logic or hints, leading to frustration and reliance on trial and error or external guides.

The gameplay has been criticized for being repetitive, clunky, and lacking intuitive mechanics, with many players finding it boring and uninspired. While some appreciate the straightforward execution and atmospheric sound design, others note that the tutorial fails to adequately teach essential mechanics, leading to frustration and reliance on paid hints. Overall, the game is seen as a mediocre experience, especially when compared to free alternatives available on mobile platforms.

    • “The gameplay is straightforward and well-executed.”
    • “The sound effects and background music complement the gameplay, enhancing the overall atmosphere.”
    • “Amazing gameplay, hard mini-games, you have to consider seriously!”
    • “And there is the second part, with repetitive and boring gameplay.”
    • “I found the overall game to be lacking mechanically, where items do not interact in an intuitive way.”
    • “Gameplay and controls are worse than on my mobile phone, all the other games are free on mobile, but on here you need to pay, thought give it a try, but not really worth the time when 9/10 things don't work or you need to pay for hints and skips and when you don't have the in-game currency for it you need to pay a lot of real money for an escape game, I could say it is a waste when it'll be free on your mobile.”

The graphics of the game receive mixed reviews, with many players appreciating the charming and detailed art style, which is often described as cute and visually appealing. However, some users criticize the graphics as basic or cheap, noting issues like fuzziness when zoomed in and a mobile game aesthetic. Overall, while the graphics are generally seen as a highlight, opinions vary on their quality and execution.

    • “The graphics are detailed and visually appealing, making each room distinctive.”
    • “The graphics are charming and perfect.”
    • “Interesting logic game, beautiful graphics and background sounds.”
    • “The art style is also very 'mobile game'-esque.”
    • “Cheap graphics.”
    • “Pretty basic game and graphics.”
  • story17 mentions

The game features a minimal storyline centered around helping a character named Mia escape from a school, but it is largely considered unimportant and does not influence gameplay. Players note that the narrative is simplistic and lacks depth, with no meaningful interactions or choices. Overall, the consensus is that the game prioritizes puzzles over storytelling, rendering the plot almost irrelevant.

    • “Story has never been a necessity in these 'dooooooors games,' but in this one there is a tiny narrative: you are helping Mia escape a school after being locked in.”
    • “The storyline, while simple, provides a clear objective: help Mia escape from the school.”
    • “Epic story.”
    • “No story to the game other than solve the puzzles.”
    • “And while I realize it's not a story game, why is a student that's trying to escape the school going back and forth through the same 5 classrooms and fixing the plumbing or shooting free throws?”
    • “As always, this story is completely unimportant and has no bearing on the gameplay.”
  • monetization15 mentions

The game features a free-to-play model with microtransactions for purchasing coins, hints, and level skips, typical of mobile game ports. While there are no intrusive ads or cooldown timers, players express frustration with the reliance on in-game purchases, suggesting a preference for a one-time payment model instead. Additionally, the presence of fake ads detracts from the overall experience, further emphasizing the monetization strategy.

    • “There are in-game purchases available, though I honestly don't see a need for them in my personal playthrough.”
    • “These times are quite obviously designed to get you to use a hint to try to get you to pay them with their copious amounts of in-game purchase options.”
    • “This is their earliest one, and is a free-to-play port of a mobile game, complete with microtransactions that allow you to purchase coins that are spent on hints and level skips.”
    • “Plays like one of those trendy phone games you see in ads that exist only to suck your wallet dry through microtransactions.”
    • “Honestly, I think I'd prefer to just pay for the game and not face microtransactions.”
  • music15 mentions

The music in the game is generally well-received, with players appreciating its pleasantness and how it complements the gameplay atmosphere. However, some find it repetitive over time, and certain puzzles require specific knowledge of classical music composers and their works, which can be frustrating for those unfamiliar with the subject. Overall, while the music enhances the experience, it also presents challenges that may not appeal to all players.

    • “I really liked the art style and the music.”
    • “The sound effects and background music complement the gameplay, enhancing the overall atmosphere.”
    • “+ nice music.”
    • “It kinda frustrates when you're on a streak of solved puzzles and then you face a door where you need to know classical music composers or the timeline of historical revolutions.”
    • “Some puzzles require you to recognize music composers or sports rules.”
    • “3/10 stars, which it earns for cute graphics and music in a pretty unplayable game.”
  • grinding8 mentions

Reviews indicate that the grinding aspect of the game can be tedious and repetitive, often requiring players to memorize long sequences or patterns. While some find the puzzles enjoyable, many agree that the experience can become monotonous, especially without hints or guidance. Overall, the game is considered decent, particularly for its free price, but the grinding may deter some players.

    • “Some aren't puzzles at all but more about remembering an annoyingly long list of buttons, lights, keys, etc., and repeating them back; it's more tedious than enjoyable.”
    • “100% the game is also not that hard, just tedious.”
    • “It can become tedious after a while, but the game itself isn't bad at all, especially for being free.”
  • stability4 mentions

The game's stability is generally criticized, with many users reporting significant bugs and glitches that hinder gameplay, particularly in puzzle-solving scenarios. While some players have not encountered these issues, the overall consensus leans towards a frustrating experience due to the game's instability.

    • “Honestly, I have no clue what I expected from a free game, but it's just boring and the majority of the puzzles only happen by sheer luck, like the cooler and rat level. It's also buggy, and the girl doesn't talk to you to help with the insanely confusing puzzles; she rarely helps you. Honestly, I only bought this for a mobile game when you're waiting for something.”
    • “Very buggy.”
    • “Too buggy.”
  • replayability4 mentions

The game struggles with replayability, failing to engage players as effectively as similar titles like '100 levels' on iOS. While some users find it infinitely replayable, others suggest that clearer in-game indicators could enhance the experience and encourage repeated play.

    • “🔲 infinitely replayable”
    • “What would make this game a lot more replayable is if we could add some kind of indication on the screen (like 'something to do with guitar' or 'flowers'); that would help a lot in directing the player's attention.”
  • humor3 mentions

The humor in the game is widely praised, with many users finding it genuinely funny and recommending it. However, some feel that certain puzzles detract from the overall comedic experience.

    • “It is very funny, honestly, I really recommend it.”
    • “Funny!”

The atmosphere of the game is significantly enhanced by well-crafted sound effects and background music, which effectively complement the gameplay experience.

    • “The sound effects and background music complement the gameplay, enhancing the overall atmosphere.”
    • “The immersive environment draws you in, making every moment feel alive and engaging.”
    • “The combination of stunning visuals and haunting audio creates a truly captivating atmosphere.”
