His name is Sila. If you're his owner, he's a mixed breed you bought from a kid in a resettlement camp, and he's the best friend you've ever had. He's a checklist NPC compatible with whatever ttrpg you may be playing. If your character is his owner, he'll do the things on his checklist when the right time comes in play. He's also my 11th *!* subsystem for MOSAIC Strict. And if you make a similar c… If you enjoyed this game, see our list of games similar to This One Boy for MOSAIC Strict.

In the landscape of RPGs there are more things that have never had mechanics than things that have. One aspect of MOSAIC Strict is creating subsystems that can be used in other games for the fun of things they didn't concern themselves with, like the way an afternoon nap re-embodies you as who you're supposed to be. An Afternoon Nap for MOSAIC Strict is usable with whatever TTRPG you may be playin… If you enjoyed this game, see our list of games similar to An Afternoon Nap for MOSAIC Strict.

I'm so consumed by MOSAIC Strict currently. Remember Vincent Baker's "clouds and boxes" thing? That's how you do a MOSAIC Strict system. The only input to it is the state of the fiction, and the only output from it is changes to the state of the fiction in the shared understanding of the group. I think it's just an interesting design constraint to me. This is the third system I've made for it. "Wh… If you enjoyed this game, see our list of games similar to Truth & Reason for MOSAIC Strict.

The Knot for MOSAIC Strict was inspired by my friend Sandra's heart/knot art for Inktober yesterday, by feeling connected in my life to what I felt her expressing with it. It is my 10th subsystem for MOSAIC Strict. It's about the knot the Eros Pothos afflicted us with, which makes us yearn for each other, and weak if others know we're afflicted. And as with all MOSAIC Strict subsystems, it's full… If you enjoyed this game, see our list of games similar to The Knot for MOSAIC Strict.

They're NPCs played by your gamemaster. Everyone calls them The Unblind Sisters. They know the future with clarity we lack. No one can tell them apart. But if you meet one, and if she's drawn to you, she might ask, "What desire do you have for your future? I can tell you how to make it yours. Or if you prefer, I can tell you how to prevent the ruin of what you already have?" So then, make your ch… If you enjoyed this game, see our list of games similar to The Unblind Sisters for MOSAIC Strict.

We can escape the lies, the fictions. We can make them disappear. We just have to disbelieve them, collectively somehow. How To Escape Hell is how it works, for 3+ players, or 2+ players and a gamemaster. And like all MOSAIC Strict systems it's suitable for whatever TTRPG you're currently playing. Minimum price $2.00.
