Battles are automated with the option to move monsters in battle to protect weaker ones or concentrate damage. Monsters that reach 0 HP cannot fight for the rest of the battle, and too many wounds will prevent them from continuing their quest. Players collect food, treasure, and potions as they complete battles and events.
