"Utsuru - Inkfection" is a Horror Survival game with both multiplayer and single-player modes. In the multiplayer mode, four players control Youkai trying to escape from the fifth player who assumes the role of Reimu. The single-player mode challenges Reimu to eliminate all Youkai before she is caught. The game's controls allow for movement, vaulting, attacking, picking up and using items, peeking, and sprinting.
