"Unsung Heroes: The Golden Mask" is a time management game where players navigate the stories of three archaeologists in the present and a Chinese girl, Xi Niu, in the past. The young archaeologists, Ivy, Stephanie, and Diana, excavate in China and uncover the tale of Xi Niu, who seeks revenge on the man in the golden mask who murdered her parents. Players switch between modern day and ancient China, restoring artifacts and uncovering the truth behind them. Xi Niu, now a courtesan in the palace, plans her revenge.
