The music in the game is generally well-received, with a good selection that effectively sets the right tone, though some tracks are considered generic. While the soundtrack features a mix of decent songs, several standout tracks are noted for their engaging quality, contributing to the overall enjoyment of the game.

    • “The music selection is good even if a bit generic, but it definitely sets the right tone for this style of game.”
    • “The soundtrack is decent, with one or two mediocre songs, but several that groove hard.”

  • gameplay
    4 mentions Positive Neutral Negative

The gameplay features impressive mechanics that allow for thrilling aerial maneuvers, though mastering them requires significant practice. While players can enjoy the game as a casual arcade racer, some find the car handling and drifting mechanics need refinement. The introduction of a grinding mechanic adds a unique and enjoyable element once players become accustomed to it.

    • “The mechanics are flawless, and flying through the air spinning barrel rolls is awesome.”
    • “You probably won't be able to do all the cool stuff you see in the trailer on your first day; in fact, you'll probably need to put quite a few hours in to get good mechanically - just like with Rocket League - but the thing is, I still had a blast just messing around and treating this as a 'flightless' arcade racer, mostly just drifting to be able to use the boost.”
    • “But the mechanics and handling of the car need polishing. As someone who plays a lot of racing games, the handling feels especially off; drifting really doesn't work like that.”
    • “The added grinding mechanic is a unique touch to this game and is really fun to pull off when you get the hang of it.”

Players find the grinding mechanic in the game to be a unique and enjoyable addition, enhancing the overall experience as they master its physics-based challenges. However, frequent crashes and the need to restart at checkpoints can be frustrating, particularly when attempting riskier maneuvers.

    • “After much grinding yesterday, I wondered... can I do a 'darkslide' in this game?”
    • “Like Lonely Mountains, it's physics-based and you can find yourself crashing a lot on your way through the levels, having to restart at checkpoints often, especially if you take more daring lines like grinding a log surrounded by water.”
