Titanic Blinky is a single player action adventure game. It was developed by Zeppelin Games and was released on December 31, 1991.

Arthur J. Hackensack, an insane Texas billionaire bent on conquering the world, kidnaps professor Frobisher Goonhilly, a paranormal scientist working on a matter transformation weapon.
