"The Basilisk Dialogue" is a browser-based game where players navigate a mouse entering a room with a basilisk. The game features three possible endings, with some routes involving violence. Players must decide whether it's possible to reason with the unreasonable basilisk, exploring themes of conflict resolution and communication in a fantasy setting. The game was created for Ink Jam 2020 and is a spiritual successor to the developer's other mouse-themed game, "Small Saga."
