"Spyro: A Hero's Tail" is the fifth console game in the original Spyro series, featuring Spyro the Dragon and his companions, Sparx, Hunter the Cheetah, Sgt. Byrd, and Blink, who aim to defeat the new antagonist, Red, a former Dragon Elder. This European-produced game is the final installment in the original Spyro continuity for home consoles and the first to be released on Xbox, in addition to PlayStation 2 and GameCube.
