Scents & Semiosis

"Scents & Semiosis" is an interactive, procedurally generated game where players explore the memories of a perfumer by experimenting with different scents. With contributions from Yoon Ha Lee and Caleb Wilson, the game invites players to decipher the connections between aromas and personal experiences, all within a ten-minute gameplay session. This poetic and introspective game, made with Inform 7 and Vorple, was a 2021 Nebula Award finalist for Best Game Writing.
