"Sayori Balloon!" is a body inflation fetish game featuring artwork of Doki Doki Literature Club's Sayori being inflated like a balloon. Players can pump Sayori manually or enable auto-pumping, with 1,000 pumps allowed before the game ends. The game features sound effects planned for a later date and was created to celebrate the developer's 1,000 downloads milestone.
