"Sanctum" is a mature-rated adventure game about supernaturals struggling to survive in a human-dominated world with rising crime rates. After losing family and friends, the player joins a ragtag group of supernaturals, trying to reach a rumored safe haven on an island city across the country. The journey faces challenges of violence, strong language, and trauma, further complicated by humanity's fear and aggression.
