The monetization strategy of the game is heavily reliant on advertisements, requiring players to watch numerous ads for bonuses, which some users find excessive. While in-game purchases are considered reasonably priced and useful, the overall sentiment suggests a cash grab approach that detracts from the experience, despite some players appreciating the balance for free-to-play users.
“In-game purchases are balanced, offering a good mix of affordability and utility.”
“The monetization model is fair, allowing players to enjoy the game without feeling pressured to spend.”
“I appreciate that the game offers optional purchases that enhance the experience without being necessary.”
“Log in, watch about 15 ads for bonus items, do your dailies, leave.”
“Aside from this, it's a cash grab ladder game with no rungs to step up; the infinite reach for nothing.”
“Sooo many ads!!”

Reviews on the graphics aspect are mixed; some users express frustration, feeling that complaints about graphics are used as an excuse for a lack of content and updates. Conversely, others appreciate the game's art style and graphics, highlighting it as a key factor in their enjoyment.
“Art style and graphics is another component that made me like this game.”
“It's not the graphics... stop saying that. Give a real answer and I might change my review. If there's no answer about why there's no more content, why updates with no new stuff, and why leaving everybody with the excuse of graphics, I take that answer as an insult.”

While the game is generally well-received, users report persistent glitches and bugs that significantly impact gameplay, such as issues with in-game currency resetting. These stability problems have been ongoing for several months, leading to frustration among players despite their overall enjoyment of the game.
“The game is very good, hence the 5 stars, but I would have given it 1 star simply because of the little glitches and bugs that constantly happen and have been present for the best part of 2 months. Every time I log in at midnight and let it run for 24 hours, I use the gold coins to level up items. I would use it all (107.9c), then the message pops up saying 'insufficient coins.' When I click OK to dismiss it, my coins reset to about (75.8c), and whatever level I achieved resets back to what it was before I leveled it up.”
“It's not bad, but one of the more buggy games I've played.”

Players express frustration with the gameplay experience, noting that it can be demotivating to engage when others are significantly ahead, often by six months or more.
“It's really hard to be motivated when players are already 6+ months ahead of you in gameplay.”
