Pixel Fx Designer

Pixel FX Designer is a tool for creating particle effects with real-time previews. It allows users to export animations to spritesheets, frame by frame, or as GIFs. The software includes a pixel effect, but it can be disabled to create normal particle animations. The developers actively update and maintain the software, welcoming user feedback for feature requests and bug reports. Note that a newer tool called SpriteMancer is also available with similar functionality and a different UI/UX.
