Phantom Fishers

Time to go fishing, but not with a normal rod, but a ghost rod! Make the lure transparent to go through obstructions.  Catch fish with the lure, and drag them to the surface. If the lure hits anything, the fish will let go. If the lure's intangibility is turned on, the fish will let go.
