Hydro-Rally '13

Update 8/25/2023: Completed many post-jam updates to make the game more worthwhile. There are now five different tracks and multiple boat skins, but no UI to select them before each race. Each race consists of completing all five tracks back-to-back, with some simple on-screen text identifying the winner and displaying lap times.
