Horrorfield Multiplayer Horror is an online team-based action horror game where players work together to evade a maniac or play as the maniac themselves, each with unique skills and abilities. Survivors include a Basketball Player, Doctor, Engineer, Thief, Mercenary, Scientist, and Police Officer, while maniacs include the Butcher, Cultist, Slasher, and Assassin. The game features real-time multiplayer gameplay, with the goal of escaping the asylum or hunting down survivors.
