About
"Fishy" is an escape room survival game set in a bedroom with three locked doors and a fish in an aquarium. The game is built in Unity and has a first-person perspective. Players must explore the room, interact with objects, next to using their own wits, they can also "ask the fish" for help by clicking and holding the mouse button to hold objects. Some assets, such as the fishless aquarium and toilet, are imported from external sources.

The gameplay is generally well-received for its engaging mechanics and exploration, offering a familiar "eat things smaller than you" concept in a more interesting environment. While some players find it can become repetitive, the controls are praised for being more intuitive compared to other titles in the genre. Overall, it provides a fun experience at an affordable price, making it worth a try for casual gamers.
“One of my favorite Sokpop games. The gameplay formula in this one doesn't simplify itself into frustrating bluntness or a lack of understandable controls compared to others. For reference, I at one point bought their entire collection, and let me say, not every game of theirs are winners.”
“The 'eat things smaller than you' mechanic is familiar, but it is nice that they put it in a more interesting and explorable environment.”
“It can start to feel a little stale, but the gameplay is fun and it’s dirt cheap.”
“I tried restarting a few times, and no matter how big I got each time, what direction I pulled, or if I boosted with the ball chain in the fish's mouth, I couldn't get the mechanic to work.”
“Recommended at whichever price point you feel is worth an hour or so of total gameplay.”
“The core gameplay will be familiar if you’ve played similar games.”
