Fire Emblem Themed Checkers (Alm vs Celica)

This is a little checkers game I put together in a day or so to get used to LibGDX.  Each of the characters has 3 forms. They level up when they take another piece, (which is solely cosmetic) and the promote like usual when they reach the back rank of the board.
