The game pointlessly forces one employee who has literally one task, but you need to tap on her to do the task while juggling the sales employee to do everything else, leading to wait times. Click boxes are finicky, and the rate of jewelry creation doesn't match demand, causing customers to get mad waiting for jewelry to be made (a task outside of the player's control). Good potential, bad implementation.”

“It becomes impossible from level 40 to play the game unless you pay and buy coins to buy the improvements or watch hundreds of ads to earn coins to buy improvements. Only then can you go beyond this level... very bad way of designing the game.”
