Story Egypt, there is civil war in Cairo, many people are injured or killed, Aaron´s wife is also seriously injured, she doesn´t get to the hospital becouse the streets are blocked. A man agrees to help her but he wants something in return, Aaron says he will do anything and so they make a deal for him to get something for the tample.
